You Can’t Solve A Problem Like This

What does Einstein mean when he said that You Cannot Solve A Problem with the same mindset that created it?

Einstein Said, You Can’t Solve A Problem at the same level of thinking that created the problem. So if you have different problems in your life and they keep showing up probably has something to do with the way you’re thinking, probably has something to do with your belief system.

So you want to shift the way you’re thinking about the problem. Um, this can be momentary shifts, or it can be life cycle shifts. So for example, at the moment, if I can’t get past something, I might get up and I’ll go for a walk or I’ll go dance, I’ll move my body.

So moving the body helps change the energy flow to the brain and then, believe it or not, you can start to think differently. Um if I go on a walk, my focus is off the thing, just I want something else, right? So now I’m starting to think differently, I got my energy flowing and then I might get the idea the solution of the problem might come from the walk, rather than sitting there with the problem.

Why? Because I’m thinking differently, this also happens in life. If things are happening to us that is bothering us shift our perspective shift away, we’re thinking about it and that thing can disappear.
