Your Discomfort Is Others
Did you know that if you’re feeling discomfort within yourself, that’s also a discomfort being felt around the world because we are all connected in the world and science is showing this more and more that our thoughts and our emotions and our feelings actually have a physical impact on other people.
So if we’re feeling the discomfort are part of us isn’t healed, other people are also feeling that. So what that means is if we heal it if we get past it, then actually we’re going to help heal other people. So the way to do that, I mean it depends on what’s going on.
But usually, the healing comes from doing internal work, maybe doing breathwork, doing visualization, asking for divine guidance, switching our perspective, switching our thoughts, seeing why this is a blessing. And when we heal that energetically, there’s a part of other people that are going to be healed and they may not even know why. They may just start feeling better. They may feel in a good mood, they may feel something some negative thing has gone out of their life. And that could be because of you.
