Focus on what you can control
Another way we get stuck is focusing on things we cannot control or were not aware of how we can control it. So if we’re stuck in that mindset, like there are things going on and we can’t control and we have no power. We feel powerless. We give away our power. We feel like we don’t have any power.
But the way to flip that is to focus on the things we can control. We can always control our mindset. We can always control our emotions. We can control our actions. So focus on what we can control in the moment and maybe look at it: why is this a blessing? What is going on here? That’s a blessing about this.
So instead of focusing and staying focused on, I can’t control this or what’s going to happen with this and getting stuck there because we lose our power, lower our energy, lower our vibration. Instead, switch to what can I control at this moment? Who can I be in this moment?
Why is this a blessing? And then that gives us the energy and the power back. And it oftentimes helps to see that that thing that we can’t control is actually teaching us something about ourselves.
