Shift your mood by moving your body

One of my favorite things to do to change my mood is to move my body. So when we move our body we shift our energy state. We shift our flow by moving the body either exercising or just moving or dancing. I love to dance with some music and with the mirror it’s amazing. Whenever I do that it creates energy in the body, changes our physiology and it actually puts us in higher energy, better mood, better speaks state of performance.

So we can think better, we can act better and we can get better outcomes. So if you’re stuck behind a computer desk though and you’re dealing with problems or issues, get up and move your body, and as you move you’re gonna start to think differently about the issue.

Think differently about the situation going on. If you just sit there and you’re stuck and you’re like, oh what was me? And you just stay stuck. You’re not creating any movement of energy. So you’re going to stay in that pattern.

So switch your way, you move your body, move your body. Use your physiology, this powerful physiology, you have to switch your energy state and your mood.
