The Importance of Release Work

The second energy in the three energies of manifestation is the releasing energy. So the first one is creation. The second is releasing energy. So when I used affirmations and visualizations to create things I want, I had amazing results. It was incredible. But sometimes I would hit these walls where I would try to be successful in something.

But deep down inside I didn’t want it because I feared the responsibility or there’s some energy inside. Maybe it wasn’t even mine past life or ancestral energy that was preventing me from doing it. So I felt this rift inside this tension of me trying to do this but it was so much force.

So what I learned is that part of the manifestation process is we have to release work. So this is breath work, this is cranial sacral therapy, this is emotional freedom tapping. Things to get energy and emotions that have been stored or repressed out of the body. And when we free those, it almost brings us to a place of stillness of centeredness. And from there we can create a new.
