Powering Your Energy Up

And the third energy of the energy of manifestation is the power-up energy that I like to call powering ourselves up. So we’re not creating, we’re not releasing which are the first two energies, third is powering up. So what does this mean? This means if you’re doing prayers right? Or if you are doing some ancient breath techniques to power yourself up or penal gland meditations, you power yourself up in these.

You’re not necessarily trying to manifest something specific or create something specific and you’re also not necessarily releasing anything, you’re just powering your energy up. So when I pray, for example, if I pray for the world, I pray for others, I pray for people, things.

I noticed my vibration. My, I start to strengthen in my vibration, strengthened my increase but I’m not necessarily trying to create anything specific. So this is a great way to strengthen yourself, strengthen your vibration so that when you do create you can manifest more powerfully.
