If you’re stuck in a binder you’re stuck in a fix. Sometimes The Way Out Is Through. The Way Out Is Through. It’s not to avoid what’s going on, Avoid Your Blocks, Avoid Your Doubts, Avoid Your Insecurities, it’s to go right through them.
So one thing I like to do is I sit and I meditate and I go within and I feel the fears, I’ll feel the things and sometimes I start shaking and it’s so it actually feels very, very scary. But what I do is I have a Mantra, I have Affirmations, I am confident, I am powerful, I can do this, I am believing myself whatever it is and I’ll just keep repeating it.
So as I feel the fear I keep repeating, I keep repeating and it gets so terrifying but I keep repeating it. The next thing I know is like there’s been a switch, a switch in my brain wave which is connected to everybody else’s brain waves and there’s a switch and then the fear goes away and I have become a new person.
It’s almost like a Rebirth At That Moment. And that’s the way we can go right at our fears by sitting there focusing and saying a mantra that will attack and we’ll go right through the fear.
